Artwork Requirements

To ensure that you get the best result with your printing, we need to ensure that we are working with high resolution artwork. If you are unable to provide your artwork in one of these formats, we can arrange to have it produced for you, and this will be quoted on a job by job basis.

If you do have your own artwork, please supply it in one of the following formats and ensure that the file is vector line art editable. Please ensure that all text within the following formats has the text converted to curves/paths, and where possible, let us know the name of the font that was used in the logo.

CDR or Corel Draw file (this is our preferred document type)
EPS - Encapsulated Postscript file

PDF - Portable Document File

AI - Adobe Illustrator
We can arrange for TIFF or JPEG Files to be converted to the appropriate format. Please contact us regarding this and we will advise the costs involved.

Why do I have to pay a set up fee??

The set up fee charged is an important part of the printing process. It allows us to do the following, which are all important steps in ensuring that your printed product meets your expectations:
- Time & Materials to convert your computer artwork into a specialised (one time use) printing plate.
- Time & Material to set up the machine and to align the item to be printed.

As part of our commitment to make promotional products accessible to everyone, we have done our best to keep this cost as low as possible.

Can’t you just use the logo off my website??

Unfortunately not. The graphics on your website are designed to load as fast as possible, and usually lacks sufficient quality for reproduction on promotional products. Web graphics may possibly be able to be adapted to work, however this may involve recreating the logo and will certainly involve additional artwork costs.

How much does the printing cost??

The cost for printing depend on what you are printing onto, how many positions you are

wanting your logo printed on and also how many colours in your logo.  

If you have a 3 colour logo there will be 3 set up fees and 3 printing costs.

If you want 2 sides of a pen printed there will be 2 set up fees and 2 printing costs.

The prices are like this because each colour or position is printed individually.
