By placing an order with Purple Promotions Limited you agree that you are bound by these terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices quoted by Purple Promotions Limited (in any form of media) are exclusive of GST. Purple Promotions Limited shall be entitled to amend its prices from time to time to account for changes in product cost and supply factors. Unless specifically indicated, all prices are exclusive of freight which will be charged over and above the posted price. There is a minimum invoice amount of $50.00 + gst on all printing work completed by Purple Promotions.

Products
Due to technical issues, colour variations may occur between items displayed and actual colour of goods. Purple Promotions Limited will endeavour to represent its products accurately, but will not be responsible for any colour variations that may occur. All products (products, and colour choices) are supplied subject to availability.
If exact quantities are required, extra stock must be supplied, all care will be taken however stock can be damaged in the set up and printing process.
Purple Promotions remains the owner of all film, plates & screens used in the printing of customers work.
Printing
We can pad print up to 2 colours on an area up to 75mm x 50mm. We will endeavour to match PMS colour to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee exact matches. All orders will be sent out within 7 working days from approval of artwork. Express service can be arranged depending on the order and our workload. Please enquire at the time of placing the order. If exact orders are required excess stock must be provided, all care will be taken however products can be damaged during the set up and printing process. Purple Promotions remains the owner of all films & plates used in the printing of customers work.
Payment
Unless an account has been previously authorised by Purple Promotions Limited, payment terms are strictly cash on delivery. Where a credit facility has been granted, the purchase price payable by account holders shall be paid to Purple Promotions Limited on the 20th of the following month from the date of invoice. If a credit facility exists, Purple Promotions Limited reserve the right to request a deposit and this will be requested at the time of placing an order. Payment will not be accepted by any means other than cash, cheque, direct credit or credit card. Interest will be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 2% per month. Any expenses or costs incurred by Purple Promotions Limited in recovering any outstanding amounts, including collection agency fees, shall be paid by the customer.
Delivery
We will deliver goods to the address stated on the artwork approval form. We will not be responsible for any part or non delivery, or delay in the delivery of the goods that occurs beyond our control. We shall not be in any way responsible for any consequences (direct or indirect) arising from such delay or non-delivery.
Privacy Act
In accordance with the Privacy Act the customer authorises Purple Promotions Limited to collect, retain and use personal information about the customer for the following purposes only
a) where necessary, to assess creditworthiness
b) where necessary, disclosure to a third party for the purpose of recovering amounts payable by the customer to Purple Promotions Limited
c) marketing of goods and services provided by Purple Promotions Limited to the customer
If the customer is an individual, the customer has a right of access to information about the customer held by Purple Promotions Limited. The customer may request correction of any information held, and may require that the request be held with the information. The customer may request in writing to Purple Promotions Limited to be removed from any direct mailing lists held by Purple Promotions Limited.
We respect your privacy and therefore under no circumstances will Purple Promotions Limited release any information held about any of its customers (whether individuals or not) for the purposes of supplying such information to other organisations for the purpose of marketing goods and services from other organisations.

In making any alteration to these terms and conditions, Purple Promotions Limited will advise in writing any alteration to its customers who hold a trading account with Purple Promotions Limited.
